STUDIO POLICY

• Fees are due in week one of the school term.
• Late notices for unpaid tuition fees will attract a $10.00 administration fee.
• If tuition fees have not been received by week 4 lessons will be suspended until the outstanding fees have been paid in full.
• Students should give at least 48 hours notice if they are unable to attend a lesson.  Where sufficient notice is given every attempt will be made to reschedule the lesson, however, the teacher is not obliged to reschedule lessons cancelled by the student. Maximum two reschedules per term.
• If the student is ill, please aim to notify the teacher by 8 am the morning of the lesson, if possible.  Please keep your child at home if he/she is unwell!  Every effort will be made to reschedule lessons cancelled due to illness.
• Where a lesson is rescheduled then missed, the lesson will be forfeited.
• Students wishing to sit exams need to show a real commitment to regular practice – i.e. at least 6 out of 7 days a week.  Regular lesson attendance is also essential.

In the interest of good progress, please encourage and support your child in the habit of daily practice.  This ensures that the student will get the very most out of lessons.
